What is required to get the logo design process started?
Logo design process initiates as soon as we receive as we receive the creative brief, design instructions and payment.
How long it takes for the first logo draft?
Usually 2 working days; the number of designs concepts depends on the package you choose.
Can I request changes?
Yes! Of course you can, the number of revisions varies from package to package.
Are you comfortable working on logo ideas given by client?
Yes, we welcome designing ideas from clients. In fact the creative brief targets at getting the maximum information and creative ideas you have for the logo.
Website design and development FAQ’s
Will the Website be designed in a content management system?
Yes Web Junction provides website design and development services on open source content management systems like WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, Magento, PrestaShop or our custom CMS.
Will I be able to change the content of my website?
Yes, you will be provided access to website administrator section which is the backend of the website. Here you can add, edit, delete the content or images and even pages as well.
Will my website the same for all viewers?
Yes, as we design and develop websites that are cross browser compatible and are accessible through mobiles, tablets and desktops the viewers across the world will see the same website.
Who will be the owner of the domain name?
The domains are registered in client’s name. The client has the control panel access to the domain wherein he can edit his contact information as well.
Which domain names you provide?
Web Junction typically offers almost all domain name registrations, most popular are .com, .net, .org, .co, .in, .co.in, .co.uk, .me, .mobi
Can I have a professional email address?
Yes, Our web hosting solution includes email hosting as well and you can create professional email ID’s like youname@youdomain.com
What happens if my website has more pages than my package?
You will be automatically upgraded to the next package and vice versa, also if the page range exceeds by one or two pages additional pages are charged @ Rs. 800 per page
What if I want to have more than one form?
Our packages have enquiry form by default, however if the client wants additional forms same can be integrated at an extra cost with price starting from Rs. 1500 each form.
Can I track the number of hits or visitors my site has?
Yes, we integrate Google Analytics in the website code which helps to track not only the website traffic but also the demographics and other important stats.
Can you provide E-commerce website features as well?
Yes, eCommerce features can be added to any of our packages. Cost for the same will be quoted based on the requirements furnished for the ecommerce site.
How long does it take for a design to be completed?
The time required is mentioned with each package which excludes Sundays and public Holidays. We stick to strict deadlines and try our best to release the project well before or within the time frame.
What if I don’t want to manage my website and outsource it?
We do provide you with all access to website logins as FTP, Hosting cPanel and website CMS admin that you can provide to your website admin. To make the process of website administration easier we do provide website maintenance services as such you don’t have to explain each and every thing to the new vendor. However if you hire a new resource we will be delighted to help that agency as well.
What about your free support and maintenance service?
We offer free support and maintenance depending on the website package after the completion of a website project. Any slight tweaks or amendments are carried out to the site free of charge in the stipulated period however major design and functionality changes are not covered in this. A separate quote is sent for the same.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments by cheque, cash and also by credit or debit card through PayPal. PayPal payments are subject to a 3% charge. If you use internet banking or Online Transfer we can provide our bank details bank transfer.
Do we need to have a meeting for the website design?
In most of the cases a meeting isn’t necessary as we contact the client via email or phone, however we don’t mind meeting the client if he is based in the same city. We usually send the webpage designs by email to client uploaded on our demo servers and receive inputs on the same through mail or call.
What if I do not like the design?
If you do not like the design we have suggested for you, we will take your opinion based on the current designs and project requirements to ascertain the type of design you would like to see and our team will again create options based on the feedback.
Who owns the website once the website design is completed?
You are the absolute owner of the website and domain name. After the website design is complete we provide you the final files copied in the CD and also access to all admin sections.
