The Gladiolus School
The Background 
The Gladiolus School, Muktsar, Punjab started in 2010. The founders aimed at starting a school which lays the foundations of an individual strengthened by education, sports, and fitness, nurturing future citizens committed to their work, family, society and nation.
They wanted the logo, website and its branding material to be modern and depicting the core values of the foundation.
Challenge 
The challenge was to bring a blend of traditional values in a school equipped with most modern facilities. The creative requirements of the client made it clear they wanted to portray both the things simultaneously.
Solution 
It started with the logo where the graphic design team suggested a theme where a teacher – guru is giving knowledge and blessings to the students. A shield in the background with golden elements depicted the dignity, thoughts and ideas of the institution. The font and colour scheme selected complemented the required modern aspect.
The website was designed following a theme of yellow, green, gold and grey following the ideas of innovation, freshness, growth, trust, maturity and stability.
Results 
The Gladiolus School now has a brand image that the Founders were looking for and the theme of Teacher Student has now become their brand icon. The response received was overwhelming for the institution in its inaugural year. AmkaysWeb is still their preferred digital design studio.
